The resurrection of Jesus Christ grants us a tremendous gift, a fresh start – a clean slate. This clean slate is available to us right now, at any moment when we decide to accept Christ. It’s essential to remember our past, but it should not burden us spiritually. Dwelling on it can hold us back from God’s plan for our lives.
We can trust in God’s faithfulness. He will not abandon us to the depths of Sheol or hell. He relentlessly pursues a relationship with us and invites us to embrace the new beginning He offers. Just think of the incredible things that await us if we embrace this gift!
