All of us can suffer from lack of humility at times. It's good to remember that we are all imperfect. Loss of humility causes us to lose our connection to others, to new ideas, to our true selves and to achieving our greatest potential. Lack of humility gives us an artificial version of ourselves. When we maintain humility we retain authenticity and self-awareness.
Christ himself showed great humility by the washing of the disciples feet John 13: 1-17.
