In today’s sermon we explore the concept of foolishness from both worldly and biblical perspectives. Through the Parable of the Wise and Foolish Builders and the Parable of the Ten Virgins, Jesus teaches us about the consequences of ignoring divine wisdom. Society often views the Christian faith as foolish. The Bible tells us that “the wisdom of this world is foolishness to God”. We must embrace being seen as fools in the eyes of the world if it means living in accordance with God’s wisdom, being humble and ready to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. Join us as we discover the honor in being considered “a fool for Jesus” by the world’s standards, while holding fast to the true wisdom that comes from God.
