In today’s sermon, we discuss the story of David and Goliath, specifically focusing on the battle against fear. Psalm 118:6 says that “The Lord is for me. I will not fear. What can man do to me?” This verse encourages us to prioritize God’s presence amidst a world filled with fears. Fear has the potential to immobilize us. Like David, we have the ability to stand strong against fear. God grants us freedom of choice, enabling us to shape our lives through the decisions we make. A life of faith requires us to confront challenges with courage, knowing that God is by our side.
