From the remarkable account of King Josiah’s life, we understand how important it is to follow God with all of our heart, mind, and soul, to read scripture, to listen to God, and to repent of our sins. We must listen carefully as God often uses unexpected ways to communicate with us. We are also encouraged to carve out quiet moments amidst our hectic lives to converse with God through prayer and Bible reading. This not only helps us discern God’s plans for us but also demonstrates our love for Him.
